Lowered the multi-link rear suspension leads to increased inner should wear on the rear tires, track issues with runaway toe in and lack of camber adjustment. IS300/GS300 Header Heatshield

 

 

Driven by the need to keep the overpassing intake air cool, FIGS has developed a new heatshield for the IS300 and GS300 application. Made from 5052 aluminum, these shields are guaranteed to be the most effective, rattle-free, stylish pieces on the market. The best part is that the heatshield is designed to constantly keep the intake cooler and resist heatsoak by allowing the airflow to pass over it and exit the draft opening in the underside of the car. This is in stark contrast to other products that lock in the hot air under the shield which are prone to heatsoak overtime. A true "Heat Management System!"

  • Aluminum design blocks IR radiation keeping the intake tubing cool.
  • Proprietary design is open in the front to allow cross flow air to cool the shield and vent heated air out the underside of the car...no heatsoak!
  • "F" Stiffener is welded or riveted in place(anodized version) to prevent rattles.
  • Easy installation, installs in as little as 5 minutes without removing the intake.

Clutch Damper Delete: IS300 Manual 2002-2005

The IS300 has a factory damper that restricts the flow of hydraulic fluid between the clutch master and slave cylinder. FIGS has designed a bypass module to allow full fluid flow and positive engagement. No more slow clutch action, just pure performance.

Every driver has at one point in there life experienced a worn through floor mat around the gas pedal. The floor mat is most likely perfect except for this one horrible looking spot and now it will all have to be replaced. Not so fast, we have a solution. Perfect for covering existing mats or preventing soft mats from wearing in the first place, these CNC foot plates offer a combination of light grip, a slip area for braking and clutch work and a bullet proof surface for your heal to rest and not kill your floor mats. Machined from extrude 6061 Aluminum and built to last. Bolts to the floor mat with 4 T-nuts and flathead allen screws. Clear Anodized ships with stainless screws, black anodized with black oxide screws.

Carbon Fiber Engine cover for the Lexus IS-F: A fantastic dress up item for an unbelievable vehicle. Made from Pre-preg carbon fiber, This engine cover will be as strong as it is beautiful. Final product will be garnished with a FIGS badge and aluminum accent panels and have magnetic holding posts.

Ti Exhaust for the Lexus IS-F: The IS-F is quite powerful from the factory but it is also a bit on the heavy side. We have started developing a Dual Ti canister exhaust to shed some weight. So far it looks like we can get an 18lbs reduction in weight with stainless tubing and Ti Canisters. A full system will follow if there is demand with an additional 10lbs of weight savings expected. pictured is a steel prototype. Canister mufflers are HKS Ti Limited.

Carbon rear Diffuser Plate IS300:

DRAG REDUCTION, DOWNFORCE, EXHAUST VACUUM, these are the race inspired features we are targeting in our new rear diffuser product.

This has been going on for a while and we are trying to get back to it to finish it off.

 
Roll Center Histeer IS300: The IS300 can have issue with bump steer in the front when lowered. We are close to releasing this product and have 5 prototype parts we are doing various testing with. It will be a full ball joint carrier with a relocated steering attachment.
